How long will it take to get my package?

Standard shipping usually takes from 5 to 12 days. (The exact time depends on the country). If your package is affected by force majeure, please send email to info@jiisulife.com for help. 

How can I track my order?

We will provide you with tracking information after shipping with SMS. You can go to "TRACK YOUR ORDER" and insert your tracking number and carrier to track your order.

Is there a warranty on my product?

Yes, there' s a one-year warranty for your JISULIFE Products. Within a year, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is defective, JISULIFE will (at its sole option) repaire or replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of JISULIFE and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

Is there a return policy on my product?

Yes, we have a 30-day return policy for any reason, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

How can I cancel my order or change the color ?

Please email info@jiisulife.com as soon as possible if you wish to change color or cancel your order. We will do our best to honor your request. However, if your package has already been dispatched, we will be unable to deal with your request(s).
